What we are looking for
Full-time or Part-time, Permanent, Hybrid, £25,000 pro rata.
We're looking for a Sales Support Executive to drive efficiency with the account management team by freeing up the Account Managers time to focus on sales opportunities within their designated client base. This position serve as an introduction into the world of sales for someone who may have the desire but maybe not yet the experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Account Managers with a number of administrative and sales related tasks
- Raising projects following quote approvals from AM’s
- Agreement review and management for current client base
- Liaising with other teams within ROCK as necessary to ensure actions and queries are completed as required.
- Reviewing incoming client queries and working with Account Managers to determine correct course of action.
- Sending quotes for small value items on behalf of the named Account Manager
Essential skills & experience
- Motivated self-starter, a quick learner and highly organised
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workloads and prioritise accordingly
- Reliable and able to work autonomously
