We're looking for a highly motivated Marketing Communications Manager to join ROCK working in close collaboration with our MD, focusing on the launch of new ventures and initiatives that aim to drive growth and deliver added value to our clients.
Your role will focus on the development and execution of multi-channel communication strategies designed to drive business growth and enhance brand value. This position offers the opportunity to shape ROCK’s voice across various channels including esteemed publications like social media, and the web.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and refine our unique selling proposition (USP), positioning, and key messages. Create go-to-market strategies for new products or services.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for assigned products to achieve business objectives, including product launches, promotions, and lifecycle management.
- Lead the development of marketing collateral and sales tools, including product messaging, presentations, sales sheets, and demos.
- Drive demand generation initiatives, including digital marketing campaigns, advertising, events, and partnerships, to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of products.
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, such as sales data, market share, and customer feedback, to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product marketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
- Serve as a product evangelist and spokesperson, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
- Formulate content for a range of digital platforms such as the company’s website, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Create content tailored for platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Work in sync with other departments to ensure messaging and branding are consistent across all channels.
What you'll need to succeed
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Understanding of digital marketing, including but not limited to, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
- Excellent organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Deadline-driven and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with an ability to analyse market trends and audience behaviour to inform marketing strategies.
