Our account management tribe are responsible for our client experience from the moment they come on board. Starting with a well-defined, seamless onboarding process, we ensure that clients are assigned to an account manager. They're responsible with building an understanding of their clients and their future goals, and then working towards accomplishing these for them.
Our solution design team build a wide range of complex solutions for our clients to help them grow and develop their organisational capabilities. Supporting these teams in the background are our special care team, who assist clients requiring resolution of specific issues or during an unstable period within their organisation. We're always innovating and through our client experience team, we constantly evaluate what we could improve and then implement an improvement plan to get it done.
