Career Opportunity

ROCK is offering an exciting role for a Senior Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, be able to hit the ground running and is boldly ambitious, uniquely creative and boundary-pushing.

Key responsibilities:

  • Producing mind-blowing, emotive design concepts for digital and traditional marketing campaigns
  • Collaborating with our app developers and creative marketing professionals to produce interactive media, such as web apps, landing pages, and more
  • Designing professional and creative graphics (including motion and video) for all of ROCK’s audience touch points – including sales enablement documentation, website, social media, digital display networks, etc.
  • Collaborating with copywriters and marketers to develop exceptional sales enablement documents, such as interactive PDFs
  • Collaborating with creative professionals

Mentoring junior creative staff to develop exceptional skills

  • Strengthening ROCK’s company and product branding as we evolve
  • Developing and maintaining the brand style guides
  • Researching design trends, tools and technology to ensure ROCK stays ahead of the curve

What We Look For

Qualifications or Functional Experience

  • A compelling portfolio, including B2B companies, traditional and digital marketing design
  • 5 years + of design experience
  • Qualification in one or more of the following fields: Graphic/Motion Design, Visual Communications, Marketing & Art
  • Desire to work on a variety of creative projects: brand identity, web design, digital marketing programs, social media campaigns, creative concepting, pitch decks, etc

System or Knowledge

  • Digital Marketing Creatives for various platforms including, PPC, display, SMM, websites, landing pages etc.
  • Interactive PDF design
  • We layout and UX/UI design
  • Photography/Videography

  • Confident and highly professional
  • Strong communication skills
  • An immensely creative person, full of ideas
  • An almost obsessive level of attention to detail and a burning need to produce inspired creative
  •  Someone who proactively seeks to improve their skills and knowledge
  • A team player who encourages feedback and development
  • Someone who can run with self-led projects and lead a team to deliver successful projects
  • A burning interest in new platforms and technologies for digital and related mediums

Progression Path
