Team: Business Development Team
Salary: £30,000 & Bonus - £40,000 OTE in first year
We are looking for target driven individuals with a clear passion for managing a sales pipeline within the IT & Cyber security industry, to join our Business Development Team. This is a high paid role with great additional incentives which is a great reward for an experienced sales person.
You will be responsible for helping the department achieve its monthly sales targets through outbound B2B telesales and marketing campaigns.
You will be consultative in your nature, and be confident in discussing the benefits of our Managed IT Service. One of the key purposes of the role is to generate high quality business meetings for our Account Managers, you will need to be tenacious and focused on building valuable ongoing relationships with prospects accessible through our well maintained database.
To join our Business Development Team, you must have proven credibility in a sales and target driven environment, and have the ability to apply your sales experience to the role. Full and ongoing training of all the ROCKs products and services will be provided.
Whilst we are interested in your existing knowledge, ROCK also value continued learning and we can support this in a number of ways. We will teach you about our industry leading products and solutions, and will provide ongoing training to improve upon your knowledge and expertise.
