As a result of increased sales volume and market share, we are recruiting an internal Account Management Coordinator to assist in ensuring our accounts are serviced to the highest standards. This role will involve close liaison with both clients and internal stakeholders. Candidates will have business to business account support experience within any industry sector, possess excellent communication skills and be hungry to learn in a fast paced, rapidly developing industry. In return you can expect an open and friendly working environment which is supportive and team based. Career and financial opportunities are excellent and progression can be expected within 12-18 months.

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate Account Management and Client Relations teams; managing schedules, helping with organisation, coordinating new initiatives etc.
  • Supporting our CEO and Chief off staff who work closely with Account Management and Client focused teams.
  • Respond to queries from clients and give support to all team members to allow them to focus on their core roles
  • Work with our Client Experience team to suggest improvements to our various client journeys
  • Work with all teams across the company to answer client queries that involve other teams outside of Account Management
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose and implement improvements
  • Assist in the preparation of sales and client-focused campaigns and working with marketing to help implement new campaigns
  • Ensure adherence to policies and assist in strengthening and streamlining processes
  • Produce reports based on performance and other statistical information
  • Organise the various training and coaching initiatives within the teams 

What We Look For

  • Proven experience in a coordinator role or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
  • Good computer skills (Word, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication

Progression Path

Typical progression at ROCK is 12-18 months but mileage varies depending on the individual
