As a social media executive, you will work within a growing marketing team. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and reporting on organic brand social media activity across all our channels. You will support with digital campaigns (paid) and assisting with the delivery of creative assets to support organic and paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update social content calendar and scheduling all social content.
- Increase organic social media following and engagement
- Assist digital marketing executive with paid ads and campaigns
- Work with wider marketing team to produce photos/video creation and all assets for campaigns
- Produce reactive content based on social media trends and algorithm changes
- Collaborative on campaign and content ideas
- Use data and analytics to track performance that feed into future content
- Respond and interact with ROCK audience online
- Implement engagement strategy to drive website traffic from social media
- Monitor competitor activity online
- Creating photos and videos for social media
Essential skills & experience
- Experience using the following social platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and TikTok
- A creative thinker with experience creating unique content
- Good written skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy, especially in spelling and grammar
- Confident liaising with key stake holders
- Great communication skills both in person and online
- Highly organised, focused and the ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast pace demanding environment
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually on tasks
- Motivated and keen to progress
Desirable skills
- Experience using photo and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Premier Pro
- Experience using scheduling tools such as Hubspot, Buffer, Hootsuite etc
- Interest in technology and tech trends
- Great interpretation of analytics and data
